First Super Girl Of India

Minissha Lamba may be tiny, but she's always dreamt big. One barely noticed actress Minissha Lamba when she walked into a room filled with hundreds of people awaiting her arrival — despite her trendy T-shirt and sunglasses.

Reason: she was so tiny. But the little girl turned out to be quite witty. "My jokes are usually dry and sarcastic which people don't understand. I think I was Oscar Wilde in my previous life. I would love to do a comic role if offered," she says. Her role in the movie Honeymoon Travels Pvt Ltd was a different experience altogether. "I was so scared when I first saw the costume. But when I wore it, I felt like a supergirl.

"And I'm India's first supergirl."

Grown up in Delhi and now living in Mumbai, the actress loves Mumbai. "I have a nice house near the beach. The best thing about the city is that you can drive in the city at 4am with your girlfriends and not worry about a thing." About Bangalore she says, "I come here all the time. It's one of my favourite cities. It's clean and has fabulous weather. Also, people here are so even-tempered." If not an actress Minissha would have liked to be a war journalist. "When I told my friends about it, they told me not to get so serious. But I've always dreamt of being a journalist, based in New York." About her future plans she says, "I would like to open a driving school. And teach the urban mechanically-challenged women how to drive."
